At Watering Your Soul CIC, our mission is simple: to nurture healing, growth, and recovery for women who have experienced trauma. Based in the North West UK, we are a trauma-informed organisation providing compassionate, practical, and life-changing support to women and young women aged 16 and above.
We know that recove
Every woman’s journey is unique. That’s why we offer one-to-one advocacy, providing personalised support to help women navigate complex systems, from housing and benefits to legal rights and safeguarding.
Our Recovery Club is a safe, welcoming space where women can connect, reduce isolation, and begin to rebuild confidence. Through creative, holistic, and nature-based wellbeing activities, we encourage healing that nourishes both mind and body.
We run group workshops designed to help women process their experiences, gain new coping strategies, and connect with others who truly understand. These sessions provide an opportunity to learn, share, and grow together.
We also meet urgent needs by providing clothing, phones, and food to women in crisis. These practical essentials offer stability in moments of uncertainty and help women begin to regain control of their lives.
Our doors are open to women with multiple unmet needs, and our services are delivered with compassion, empathy, and respect.

What makes Watering Your Soul unique is that we are driven by lived experience. Our founder and team have personally navigated trauma, abuse, and systemic challenges - so we don’t just offer support, we offer understanding.
This lived experience means we approach recovery differently: with authenticity, empathy, and a commitment to amplifying women’s voices at every stage.
In our first year alone, we worked with over 50 women - supporting them through trauma, reducing isolation, and helping them rebuild their confidence. And this is just the beginning.
Every workshop, every conversation, and every act of advocacy is a step toward stronger, healthier communities where women can thrive.
